Tampines North

Tampines North is an extension of Tampines Town, was first announce in the URA draft master plan 2013. When fully development, Tampines North are target to provide about 21,000 new homes spread across 240 hectares, two primary and two secondary school, and a new community centre. Tampines North will be a self-sufficient hub with the rich amenities available, the completion of the Downtown Line in 2017 provides even better accessibility to the area. Parks and nature recreation are within easy reach for Residents of Tampines North as well with the proposed community boulevard park for all, and green living room concept. The new development of Tampines North is also expected to boost the number of jobs available giving residents the opportunity to work closer to home.

Future residents of Tenet is expected to enjoy the benefits bring by the development of Tampines North, not only it bring greater investment value to the area, but it also brings better quality of life to its residences.
